1. How long after I place my order will I receive my Primp Box?
You will receive your Primp box approximately 2 weeks after placing your order. This gives us time to develop your design blueprint based on your style, choose the best products for your space, pack it up tight, and deliver it to you safely.
2. Can I see what is in my box before it ships?
Yes, you can request to get a preview of the design plan and box contents before it ships or you may op to choose the “Surprise me” option. The most exciting part about get a professionally designed makeover is the big reveal! We know you will love it, and if by chance you don’t, we have a great return policy
3. What is your return policy?
All boxes or individual contents of each box can be shipped back for replacement within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We will work with you to be sure you love the exchanged items before we ship them.
We do accept returns of the entire box for a refund within one week of receiving your order but the contents must all be returned in the original box and shipping costs will be deducted from your original order amount.

4. What if I don't like what is in my box?

5. Where do I send my makeover pictures to be featured on your social media?
We LOVE getting your makeover photos!! Please please please send them to photos@primpbox.com. Be sure to include your social media handles so we can tag you!
6. I sent in my makeover photo but I haven't seen it in your social media
Thank you for a sending your photos! It could take up to a week for us to get your makeover posted but rest assure we will get them up. If it’s been over a week, please email Karen at karen@primpbox.com and she will take care of you ASAP!
